5 The principal purposes of KCFP SCIO are: 5.1. The advancement of education, 5.2. The advancement of public participation in sport, 5.3. The provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended, 6 In furtherance of the stated charitable purposes the principal objects of KCFP SCIO are: 6.1 To work with and through local football clubs and like-minded organisations to develop a Community Football Hub through which it can design and progress community programmes and facilities that will provide a central focus for developing participation in football within the Kirkcaldy catchment area to help strengthen community belongingness and wellbeing
