3.2. Objects. Subject to Article 3.1, the Company’s objects are: (a) to relieve suffering, hardship and distress and promote the relief of need among (1) Beneficiaries and (2) the wives, widows, husbands, widowers, children and dependents of Beneficiaries by: (i) making grants of money, loans, guarantees and generally by any other financial methods. and (ii) generally by aiding, assisting and promoting the benefit of all such persons and of the Regiment in any manner which is charitable. (b) to hold, maintain, preserve, and supervise the use of Regimental Property.
