I direct my Trustees to set aside and invest in their name the whole residue of my Estate and to pay over the annual income therefrom to and equally between the Scottish National Institution for the War Blind, P.O. Box 304, Thirty eight Albany Street, Edinburgh, and the Princess Louise Scottish Hospital (Erskine Hospital) Bishopton, Renfrewshire. Declaring also that should either or both of the said Institutions be wound up or substantially change its activities my Trustees shall have absolute discretion either to continue to make payments to the Institution or to replace such Institutions by another one carrying out substantially the same work as the original work of its predecessor.
