On the death of the last survivor of the said Ian Bryce Wallace and myself I direct my Executors to hold the whole residue of my means and estate and to pay the free annual income therefrom to the Old Folks Welfare Committee of Alexandria in memory of my father the late James Graham Temple and failing this body to such other body or organisation as may provide comforts (in addition to but not in substitution for any comforts which it is the duty of the Local Authority or the National Assistance Board to provide) for the old people in Alexandria, the selection of ouch body or organisation being at the discretion of my Trustees.
