(ii) the provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended. for the public benefit, with primary focus on benefit to the community of Greenock and Inverclyde and through the creation of an inclusive space used for community, heritage, culture, music and arts activities within Greenock and Inverclyde.
