The Foundation is established exclusively for charitable purposes and for the public benefit. Its purposes are: The Advancement of Education to Relieve Poverty and Disadvantage To advance education, particularly among children and young people, including families experiencing financial, social or economic disadvantage, by providing learning, training, mentoring and educational opportunities designed to develop knowledge, digital resources and capabilities, life skills, confidence and preparedness for education, employment and adult life. The Advancement of Health To advance the physical, mental, emotional and social health and wellbeing of children and young people through preventative educational programmes, awareness activities and community-based initiatives that promote healthy, safe and responsible lifestyles. The Advancement of Citizenship or Community Development To advance citizenship and community development by providing opportunities for children and young people to participate in volunteering, leadership, community activities, civic engagement and initiatives which strengthen community participation, confidence, social responsibility and cohesion, including community sustainability initiatives. In furtherance of these charitable purposes, the organisation may undertake activities including educational workshops, digital skills and digital responsibility programmes, employability and enterprise education, mentoring, wellbeing programmes, volunteering and leadership activities, community projects, research and evaluation, and the provision of appropriate educational resources or charitable support where these activities directly further one or more of the organisation's charitable purposes. All activities and resources of the organisation shall be applied solely in furtherance of its charitable purposes.
