The Trust Fund and the income thereof shall be applied by the Trustees, for the relief of poverty of the Muslim Ummah of the United Kingdom, the advancement of the religion of Islam in the United Kingdom, the advancement of education of the public in matters relating to mental and physical health and to or for the benefit of such one or more charitable institutions as the trustees in their uncontrolled discretion may from time to time select or to assist in implementary or charitable purpose or purposes which the trustees in their uncontrolled discretion may from time to time resolve upon subject always to the power of the Trustees to transfer the Trust Fund to any other charitable body involved in the Islamic faith.
