4.1 the relief and prevention of poverty through relieving unemployment. and in particular by assisting in the provision of apprenticeships, training and/or work experience directed towards assisting people to access long-term employment. 4.2 the advancement of education. 4.3 the advancement of health. 4.4 the provision of recreational facilities with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended. and 4.5 the relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage. primarily through (a) providing financial and other support (such as supplementary programmes and initiatives) to maximise the community benefit associated with the delivery of public infrastructure projects under Scotland's hub programme. and (b) the provision of finance to support the development (procured through the hub model) of schools and other education facilities, libraries, museums, hospitals, health centres and other health facilities, residential and social care accommodation and facilities, community centres, swimming pools, leisure centres, sports centres, student accommodation, social housing and special needs housing.
