4. The purposes for which the Company is established shall be wholly and exclusively charitable. 5. In particular the purposes of the Company shall be: 5.1 to educate the general public as to the needs of parents and young children. 5.2 to encourage the development of and to support community schemes set up in order to alleviate disadvantage in families with young children. 5.3 Its main are of operation is Edinburgh, Midlothian and the surrounding area. 5.4 Provide services to families with young children that includes but are not limited to individual, whole family support, face to face, group work or remote support using digital platforms that best meet the needs presented at the time.
