To prevent or relieve poverty and relieve the need of persons facing financial hardship, distress or homelessness in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland in particular those facing enforcement or repossession by creditors (herein called the "Beneficiaries") by: (a) the provision of advice, information, advocacy, assistance, representation and other services, and (b) to act as a representative for the Beneficiaries in relation to any legal action, government policies and legislation in order to raise awareness of the challenges faced by Beneficiaries.
