The objects of the charity are to promote, for the benefit of carers (as defined in Clause 6): (a) the relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage by providing information, advice and support services within the area defined in Clause 4. (b) the advancement of the education of the general public, influential individuals and relevant organisations on matters relating to the social welfare of carers: (c) the advancement of citizenship through volunteering in the delivery of services. and (d) any other purpose that may reasonably be regarded as analogous to any of the preceding objects.
