The objects of the Association are to promote the relief of children and young adults with special needs in the Counties of Armagh and Down ( hereinafter referred to as the area of benefit) by the provision of help and support for them and their families, and carers and in particular: (a) To provide or assist in the provision of health, social, educational and recreational services and / or facilities and practical assistance for children and young adults with special needs with the object of improving their conditions of life.
