The Trust Funds shall be held for the benefit of (First) any charitable institution or institutions, wherever situated, established for charitable purposes only within the meaning of the law for the time being in force (hereinafter referred to as the 'Charitable Beneficiaries') and (Second) any widow of mine. as follows.- (a) As regards the Income of the Trust Funds the Trustees shall make payment of the whole Income in such amounts or amount and at such time or times and to or for behoof of such of the Charitable Beneficiaries or any widow of mine all as the Trustees in their sole discretion may determine. But declaring that the Trustees in their sole discretion shall have power during the period commencing at the date hereof and terminating twenty one years thereafter, to add the whole or part of the Income to the Capital of the Trust Funds.
