Greater Walker Community Trust provides activities, outings, holidays & support to older people in the east of Newcastle upon Tyne. Many of our service users have a physical, mental health or learning disability. All are socially isolated. The groups have all been developed from needs and preferences identified by our service users themselves and this has promoted a strong sense of ownership.
