a) to promote the relief of children and young people with sickle cell disease and their families and carers, in particular but not exclusively by the provision of support, education and practical advice;b)to develop the capacity and skills of the members of the socially and economically disadvantaged community of Whythenshawein such a way that they are better able to identify, and help them
