The organisation’s purposes are: 4.1 The advancement of arts, heritage and culture, of the indigenous folklore of Scotland through the promotion of Scottish and Gaelic music, dance, performance and writing and for the preservation, conservation, and appreciation of Scottish culture, all for the benefit and enjoyment of the public in Scotland and elsewhere. and 4.2 To advance the education of the public in Scotland and elsewhere in Scottish traditional music, arts, culture and heritage.
