The objects of the Trust shall be:- (i) to benefit and assist sick, aged, poor or physically or mentally handicapped persons living in Fyvie and its surrounding district (both Fyvie and the said district being hereinafter referred to as 'the area'). (ii) to provide and foster improvements in the standard of medical or nursing care available to those living in the area (iii) to provide or contribute to the provision of educational facilities for the use of the residents of the area.
