The Forum is established for the benefit of the community in the Gilford area (hereinafter called 'the area of benefit'). In carrying out the duties of the Forum, the Forum will act without distinction of age, sex, political, religious or other opinion, by associating with the statutory authorities, voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to develop education and training.
