For payment or application of the whole free income (or even the capital) of the Trust Fund from time to time in the Trustees' charge to or for such charitable purposes as the Trustees may from time to time decide and in making such decision the Trustees should bear in mind (but without fettering their decision) my interest in work for the advancement of peace, all in such manner and in such proportions as the Trustees shall in their sole discretion think fit.
