For payment of the whole or such part of the free income and the whole or such part of the capital of the Trust Estate as the Trustees may from time to time consider desirable for such charitable purposes or to such charitable institutions, societies, foundations or funds as the Trustees may in their sole discretion select. However, I do record my wish, without binding my Trustees, that they should give some preference to charities operating in Scotland whose objects are to make provision for the welfare and teaching of the blind and the deaf and the care and support of the elderly and infirm.
