The Trustees shall hold, administer and dispose of the Gaul Trust for the following purposes:- ...2. For application of three fourths of the remainder of the income, in such ways and manner and by such amounts and at such times as the Trustees may determine, to and among such of the following Institutions or Associations as the Trustees may select, viz:- (a) The Western Infirmary of Glasgow. (b) The Sick Children’s Hospital of Aberdeen. (c) The Dunoon Convalescent Homes. (d) Any other Institutions or Associations of a like or kindred charitable nature. 3. For application of the remaining one fourth of the remainder of the income for (a) payment of repairs of an extraordinary nature which may be necessary on any heritable property of the Gaul Trust, (b) repayment of any heritable debts secured on such heritable property, and (c) accumulation thereof to add to capital so as to increase the Gaul Trust.
