To apply as the council may from time to time determine, the funds set out in the benevolent fund account as at 31/12/95 and such additions as may be thereto (a) in affording relief to members of the association and their dependents who by reason of old age, infirmity, illness or distress of circumstances are in need of assistance. and (b) in aiding charitable or benevolent or educational purposes associated with Galloway. To promote social intercourse among members, and to maintain and extend a love for and an interest in Galloway and there objects shall be attained by such means as the Council may deem to be in the best interests of the Association.
