4.1 The relief of persons who are refugees, displaced persons, asylum seekers and immigrants, who are in need, by reason of age, ill health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage, including but not limited to the provision of information, advice and support. 4.2 To advance education and raise awareness about the status, rights and needs of refugees, displaced persons, asylum seekers and immigrants including by training and capacity building local groups and communities to provide information, advice and support. 4.3 To advance human rights (as set out in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and subsequent United Nations conventions and declarations, the European Convention on Human Rights and the Human Rights Act 1998)
