4.The Organisation has been formed to benefit the community of Alloa, as defined by the boundary map for the Alloa Community Council ' by (the Clackmannanshire Council here with (the 'Community”), with the following purposes (the “Purposes”): 4.1 the provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended, with particular focus but not limited to woodwork, building, crafts and other manual-skills activities to alleviate isolation and loneliness, establish peer support and encourage a sense of community amongst participants. 4.2 the advancement of citizenship or community development through the provision of activities in which participants can meet jointly or work individually to learn or share skills and knowledge, and support each other to undertake, as volunteers, individual, group or local community activities of a practical, creative, or social nature to the benefit of the individuals participating and to the local community
