The Trustees shall hold and administer the said sums and any other property heritable or moveable which may be paid, conveyed or transferred or which may accrue them In Trust Only for the following purposes: (One) For payment of the expenses of constituting, managing and administering the Trust and (Two) To establish within or as near as practicable to the County of Midlothian facilities not otherwise adequately provided for physical recreation with the object of enhancing the social welfare of the community by promoting the physical well-being of its members and Declaring (First) that facilities established by or with the assistance of the Trustees shall be available for use by all members of the community and any charges made for such use shall be limited to contributions for maintaining and improving the same, and (Second) references to 'the community' shall not be construed as restricting the objects of this Trust by reference to the County of Midlothian or any other geographical locality.
