Friends Of Gordon Cottage Child Development CentreRegistered

The objectives of the 'Friends' shall be to promote the welfare of children with Additional Support Needs who are using or have used Gordon Cottage Child Development Centre and their parents/carers, in any manner which is now of hereafter deemed by the law to be charitable without prejudice the foregoing generality: 2.1 To assist the staff in the centre to further the achievements of the children attending the centre. 2.2 To assist the parents of the children who either currently attend, or formerly attended the centre. 2.3 To provide funds to purchase equipment for use within the centre, out-with the funding provided by the Statutory Authority. 2.4 To provide funds to enable children to go on outings that will benefit their development. 2.5 To be non-party in politics, non-sectarian in religion, and non-profit distributing. 2.6 To assist in the education of the public at large with the view of fully integrating the children into society in general.
