To provide child cantered childcare through a range of play and learning opportunities for under 5's in a caring environment. 3. To provide educational, vocational, social and personal development opportunities for parents. 4. To provide supportive centre based and outreach services that encourages parents and children to develop their skills, confidence and self-esteem.
