The said subjects and the building erected or to be erected thereon (hereinafter referred to as 'the Trust subjects') are dedicated and shall be held by the Trustees in all time coming for the purpose of a Village Hall for the use of the inhabitants of Culbokie and environs without distinction of political, religious or other opinions for the following objects: To advance education and provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life of the aforementioned inhabitants.
