4 The organisation’s purposes are: 4.1 To promote the benefits of homeless, disadvantage and disabled people in Falkirk without distinction of sex, political, religious or other opinions by associating the local and statutory authorities, voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to relieve poverty and distress by providing or assisting in the provision of practical services and goods which will help them during and after the time of homelessness, disability or disadvantage.
