(a) To advance the education of pre-school-children with the-emphasis on play experience and through the medium of Gaelic, so that they may take a constructive place in the community and also to advance the education of their parents and other appropriate persons. (b) To promote the care and education of children up to age 12 in need of care during out of school hours and school holidays through the medium of Gaelic and to promote the provision of social welfare with the object of improving their conditions of life. (c) To advance the education and training of persons providing such care and education and recreational facilities.
