For (i) the benefit of any charitable, cultural, educational, religious or welfare funds, societies, organisations and schemes or funds, societies, organisations and schemes for the relief of poverty which have their domicile or carry on their work in Scotland or other parts of the United Kingdom or (ii) the relief of poverty and assistance of socially inadequate persons in Scotland or other parts of the United Kingdom all as Trustees shall in their sole discretion think fit and that in such shares and proportions and at such times as the Trustees shall in their sole discretion from time to time decide.
