The objects of the Company are: (a) to promote learning about evaluation and the results of evaluation as a process which can be used to improve the delivery of services and promote effectiveness and efficiency of organisations working for the public benefit. and in support of that object but not otherwise: (i) to encourage lifelong learning and education through the involvement of service users in the evaluation and improvement of services. (ii) to provide advice and support to charities, organisations undertaking or funding charitable work, and organisations working for the public benefit more widely, about undertaking and learning from evaluation of their activities. (iii) to improve the delivery of services for the public benefit by encouraging funders, voluntary organisations and others to work together to implement learning about effective service delivery. (iv) to encourage Government and other organisations to learn from the results of evaluation and thus make better use of resources for the benefit of the public. and
