The objects for which the Company is established are (1) the prevention or relief of poverty, (2) the relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other hardship and (3) the relief of unemployment. In delivering the foregoing objects, the Company?s activities will principally be directed to working with young people and adults with disabilities and other disadvantaged sections of the public including the Roma community.
