'ROWE' - 'Reach Out With Empathy' is a two part project reaching out with empathy to people infected and affected with HIV/AIDS.Part 1 focuses on delivering an outreach service to connect with 'hard to reach' communities.Part 2 offers a monthly peer support group run by people living with HIV/AIDS with the aim of sharing experiences of living with the condition and improving coping skills.
