Charitable Objects 4 The advancement of education helping communities and individuals in the East Neuk prepare for, respond to, and recover from emergencies that complements the work of the Emergency Services and promotes safety to the most vulnerable. To do this ENCEPT will develop the East Neuk Community Emergency Plan. . 4.1 To advance education by providing access to and engaging with appropriate First Aid Training in the interested of welfare and to improve quality of life. 4.2 The relief of those in need by reason of age, ill health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage. 4.3 In furtherance of these purposes, ENCEPT seeks to do all lawful things which are deemed to further the purposes of the group.
