The organisation is established for charitable purposes only, and in particular, the objects are: 4.1 to encourage the promotion and practice of the sport of Kickboxing at grass roots level. 4.2 to promote healthy living and educate young people and the local community on a healthy lifestyle that will result in improvement to their health and general well-being. 4.3 to provide a safe environment where young people and the local community can learn and participate in kickboxing and other activities which will enhance their health & wellbeing 4.4 to do all other things as will properly attain the above purposes.
