4 The organisation’s purposes are: 4.1 The advancement of health, well-being, quality of life and opportunities for the benefit of the community as a whole (within Eastern Perthshire from the Glens to Perth) with services for older people (over the age of 55) together with providing inclusive community transport options for Active Sustainable Transport. Improving connectedness and providing services, recreational facilities and addressing isolation and inequalities to meet the requirements of those who need it and underpinning Transport Poverty/Improved Health and Climate Change. 4.2 The relief of those in need by reason of age, ill health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage in Strathmore & The Glens including Blairgowrie & Rattray.
