3. The objects for which the Trust is established are:- (a) To advance the objects and purposes and to promote the interests of the Church constituted and known as the Evangelical Lutheran Church of England. (b) To take over the real and personal property belonging to the Evangelical Lutheran Church of England. (c) To hold in trust for and on their behalf the real and personal property belonging to any Church, Congregation, Mission, Society, Association, Fund, Committee or other body which is a member of, or affiliated to, or associated or connected with, or established under the constitution of, the Evangelical Lutheran Church of England
