4.A To provide or advance the accessibility of recreational facilities, and/or organising recreational activities, which will be available to members of the Community and public at large with the object of improving the conditions of life of the Community. 4.B The advancement of public participation in association football through the organisation, management and development of football for all members, while upholding the rules of the sport and ensuring the highest standards of safety and technical competence are promoted and maintained to better enable members to develop skills in the sport. 4.C The advancement of health through promoting the sport of association football within the local community in order to encourage participation and provide opportunities for people of all ages to maintain and/or improve their physical and mental health and fitness.
