(First) upon trust that the ground hereby disponed or any building or place of worship that is or may hereafter be built or erected thereon shall so long as vest in the Trustees be used occupied and enjoyed as and for a place of religious worship as hereinafter defined by the said Congregation of Christian Brethern and in the event of the Trustees for any cause whatever selling or disposing of the subjects hereinbefore disponed the proceeds thereof shall be held and applied by the Trustees as surrogata for the subjects and others hereinbefore disponed. (Second) upon trust that the Trustees shall at all times and from time to time hereinafter permit and suffer the said Congregation to use the said hall or buildings in all time coming so long only as the said subjects and others hereinbefore disponed are held for behoof of the said Congregation of Christian Brethern and in the event of a sale any other subjects which they may purchase for behoof of the said Congregation of Christian Brethern for the purpose of preaching the Gospel and expounding the Scripture and observing and administering the ordinances hereinafter provided and all other ancillary work connected therewith approved of by the Trustees.
