1.1 Advancing recovery through the provision of high quality peer-led recovery support networks for people in recovery from drugs and alcohol addiction in East Lothian. 1.2 To reduce isolation by offering support, providing opportunities and connecting those new to recovery from drugs and alcohol addiction. 1.3 Advancing health through providing a safe and supportive environment where those in recovery from drugs and alcohol addiction, their friends and family can meet and socialise. 1.4 Promoting equality and reducing the stigma of recovery by assisting those in recovery from drug and alcohol addiction to rebuild links in their local communities. 1.5 Providing recreational, and social activities to improve health for those in recovery from drug and alcohol addiction. 1.6 Improving health and mental wellbeing by providing complementary therapies, healthy eating and encouraging self-management to improve the lives of those in recovery from drug and alcohol addiction.
