4 The organisation's purposes are: 4.1 The advancement of public participation in sport by providing a safe environment for all ages to learn and develop in the art of self-defence through boxing. 4.2 The advancement of health by promoting the sport of boxing within the local communities to encourage participation while also promoting positive nutrition and lifestyle in order to help people maintain and/or improve their physical and mental health. 4.3 The provision of recreational facilities and activities in the form of boxing coaching, training facilities and a venue in the community that that will improve conditions of life through providing the community with a means of using their recreation time positively and safely.
