That the free income derived from the Trust property be used by the Trustee or Trustees in such way as he or they may deem most expedient for assisting in the education and maintenance at a secondary school or university of such children as he or they may select of Free Masons who are or were immediately prior to death members of Lodges in the Province of Angus where in the opinion of the Trustees the children are capable of taking advantage of such education and benefiting thereby and where the parents or parent or guardian are in such a financial position as to require assistance in giving said children the higher education mentioned.
