I direct my Executors to confer with ABERDEEN SPORTS COUNCIL (or in the event that the same does not exist at the time of my death to such body as my Executors may consider most closely resembles the said Aberdeen Sports Council) and, in the sole discretion of my Executors having consulted with Aberdeen Sports Council, over such period as my Executors think fit to apply the rest, residue and remainder of my said means and estate for the benefit of sports people in Aberdeen to enable individuals who have been identified as having talent in a sport or sports to achieve their maximum potential.
