The Trustees shall hold the Trust Fund and the income therof to pay or apply the same in making payment in whole or in part of the Stipend payable to The incumbent for the time being of St. Mary's Church, Dalmahoy, Kidlothian, so long as there shall be an Incumbent of the said Church and subject thereto to pay or apply the same to or for the benefit or in furtherance of such purposes, objects or institutions charitable in law and in such proportions and manner as the Trustees shall from timke to time in their absolute discretion think fit.
