OBJECTS The objects of the Association are: i) In the interests of social welfare to provide facilities for recreation and other leisure time occupation, specifically to provide and operate allotments, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the inhabitants of the 'Area of Operation' as stated in Clause Two above, and particularly those who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth, age, infirmity, disability, handicap, poverty or social and economic circumstance. ii) To advance the education of the said inhabitants concerning the sciences of agriculture, horticulture and related subject. iii) To promote personal and community development by encouraging the said inhabitants to participate and co-operate in the activities of the Association.
