2- Charitable purposes 2.1 The organisation is established for the following charitable purposes, for the public benefit: • to advance public participation in sport, in particular darts, among children and young people in Dundee and the surrounding areas by providing accessible coaching, training, equipment, events and opportunities for recreational and competitive participation. • to provide and organise recreational activities for children and young people, including those who may face disability, financial, social or other barriers to participation, with the object of improving their conditions of life. and • to advance education among children and young people through structured coaching and mentoring in darts and related life skills, including the development of concentration, teamwork, confidence and resilience. 2.2 In carrying out these purposes the organisation will seek to promote mental wellbeing, equality, diversity and inclusion and to make participation as open and accessible as is reasonably practicable.
