For the application of the Trust Estate and income arising there from for such one or more of the following purposes as the Trustees shall in their sole and absolute discretion from time to time determine, namely:- (1) for such object or objects for the advancement of the Sikh religion within the United Kingdom or elsewhere in the world as the Trustees shall in their sole and absolute discretion from time to time determine. and (2) for such other ends and uses charitable for the purposes of the Taxes Acts and also for the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 and any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof for the time being in force as the Trustees may select.
