The objects of the Scheme are generally to carry out within the area in which the Scheme operates the objects of the Company, and in particular: 5.1 to relieve stress on the person or family caring for physically or mentally disabled or elderly persons, and 5.2 in appropriate circumstances to care for disabled or elderly persons living alone. The area within which the Scheme operates may not be varied other than in accordance with Clause 7 of the Memorandum.
