The organisation's purposes are: To provide relief to those in health or social need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, rural isolation and other disadvantages. We will achieve these purposes by 4 .1 Identifying gaps in existing care provision and seeking ways to fill these 4 .2 Increasing resources to provide for the needs of the target group 4 .3 Supporting adults with social needs and their carers 4.4 Work with organisations such as the Highlands Senior Citizen's Network ? a charity that lobbies for involvement of older people in the design and provision of their own care.
